Deposits/Payments

At the time of booking, a non-refundable 25% deposit must be made prior to the photoshoot. This deposit secures the date & time of your photoshoot session. This fee can be paid in the form of credit card via Square, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle or Cash App. The remaining amount is due the day of your photoshoot. Confirmation email will be sent once booking is complete.

Rescheduling Policy

- Studio Rescheduling Fee: $50

- Outdoor/Location Rescheduling Fee: $50 

All studio shoots must be booked 1 week ahead of time to assure studio availability! Confirmation receipt will be sent upon approval request being granted.

Lateness

Clients that are going to be over 15 minutes late must contact the photographer. If you are late to your shoot you will lose out on time missed and your shoot will end at the time Scheduled. Shoots can be extended by paying rescheduling fee per availability. It is highly advised to be at least 10 minutes early to your session, with hair and make up done.

Guests

- Makeup artists/Hairstylists are welcomed on set.

⁃ You must communicate with the photographer prior to your photo session if you'll be having any guest present during your session.

TURN-AROUND DELIVERY

⁃ Our standard delivery window is approximately 7-14 days from your final choices from your project.

⁃ All items will not be worked on until final choices from your project 

⁃ Express Delivery Fee: $50 1-4 days

- There are NO REFUNDS on completed bookings. 

Other Information

- Photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props & accessories prior to or during a booking.

- Looks are considered, but not limited to different outfit changes, locations, backdrops,  hair changes, etc.

- All hair and makeup must be done prior to the photoshoot.

- Transportation fees are required depending on distance of the location. 

- Failure to abide by these rules will result in termination of shoot. You will be subject to initiate another booking under a no call/no show circumstance.
